(Australia – Olive Street Studio Pty Ltd)
For good and valuable consideration, and by accessing the content and materials included in the Slayin Showit Program ("Program"), the purchaser ("Client") agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This Agreement is entered into between the Client and Olive Street Studio Pty Ltd (ACN 688 402 959, ABN 66 688 402 959) ("Company").
Client acknowledges they have reviewed the Program information prior to enrolment and understand what is included as well as what is not included. The Program consists of educational materials, teachings, templates, code snippets, demonstrations, design training, and related resources delivered through Teachery and supported by a Slack community. Program content may be released gradually and may be updated or amended at the Company's discretion.
Client acknowledges that during participation in the Program, they will gain access to proprietary information, including but not limited to educational modules, templates, code techniques, business methods, teaching strategies, systems, frameworks, training materials, and other intellectual property belonging to the Company. Client agrees that this information is confidential and must not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or used to create competing products, whether paid or free.
Client agrees they will not reproduce, repurpose, or use any Program material in their own courses, trainings, workshops, memberships, digital products, or group learning environments, nor assist others in doing so. Client may use the Program information solely for their own business and for client service delivery.
Any information shared by participants inside the Program, including within the Slack community or on live calls, is confidential and remains the property of the participant who disclosed it. Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or use participant information outside of the Program.
The Program aims to provide a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, poaching, solicitation, spamming, intimidation, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. The Company may remove any Client from the Program and the community at its sole discretion for violating these standards, without refund.
Where the Client provides a testimonial—verbal, written, or visual—they grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual licence to use, publish, and distribute that testimonial for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
The Client may not record, reproduce, store, or distribute any part of the Program, including coaching reviews, feedback, Slack content, or live sessions. All recordings are handled exclusively by the Company.
