These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of and access to Slaybook 2.0 (“Slaybook”), provided by Olive Street Studio Pty Ltd (ACN 688 402 959), trading as Olive St Studio (“Olive St Studio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing Slaybook, accessing the Slaybook platform or using any of the codes, lessons, tutorials, templates, resources or other materials provided within Slaybook, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Slaybook?

Slaybook is a digital educational product and code library designed primarily for website designers working with Showit.

Depending on the current version of Slaybook, your purchase may include access to:

• Class Codes;
• Canvas Codes;
• Embed Codes;
• CSS, JavaScript and GSAP code;
• coding lessons and educational content;
• implementation tutorials;
• written instructions and documentation;
• templates, examples and supporting resources; and
• additional or updated codes and resources that we choose to add to Slaybook.

The exact inclusions are those advertised on the Slaybook sales page at the time of your purchase.

2. Your Licence to Use Slaybook

When you purchase Slaybook, you are purchasing a licence to use the Slaybook materials. You are not purchasing ownership of the codes, lessons, resources or intellectual property contained within Slaybook.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and customise Slaybook codes:

(a) on websites you own or operate; and
